No installation is required making this alarm simple and easy to use but still loaded with features. Features includes a vibration / movement sensor, high-low sensitivity setting, two (2) alternating LED warning lights, low battery led indicator, 4 second arm delay, a automatic reset, plus you get a IR remote control for arming/disarming the alarm that will allow you to chose from one of 256 possible code combinations. If vehicle is disturbed the alarm and strobe will active for 35 seconds and if no further disturbance it will reset. The alarm cycle repeats until there is not further disturbance. The S.W.A.T-R alarm is an ideal addition to “layered” alarm systems and perfectly fits any steering wheel or locking device. You also received 2 keys for locking and unlocking the alarm. The infrared remote control must be pointed directly at the infrared receptor on front of the alarm within 10 feet of the driver’s side when arming /disarming the alarm. The remote requires a 12V alkaline battery that is included. This alarm requires two (2) 9V alkaline batteries that are not included. The alarm measures 4 and one-half inches x 3 and three-quarters inches x 2 inches. The remote with keyring measurses 2 and one-half inches x 1 and a quarter inches by one-half inches. This item carries a 1 year warranty. |
